Technical Features

This is a specially designed reaction vessel for saponification of oils / neutralisation of fatty acids. It has centrally mounted helical screw housed in a stainless steel hollow steam jacket equipped with bottom discharge valve outer steam heating jacket reduction gear box and a motor

Crutchers can be made for different batch capacities ranging from 100 Kgs / batch to 10000Kgs / batch

Reverse forward switch / invertor are additional features in case of special requirements

Feed nozzles for solid and liquid raw materials are mounted at the top. Load cell mounting arrangements can be provided if required.
