On line Cutter

'AMPL' has designed high speed servo motor cutters to cut the product into accurate lengths and exact right angle cuts. Extruded bar from the extruder passes onto a roller conveyor and gets cut in a cutting zone. Individual cakes are then taken away by a belt conveyor the speed of which is synchronised with the line speed of the extruding bar. The whole synchronisation is controlled by PLC operated circuit.

Twin bar cutting with both side embossing
Length setting by an encoder
Embossing centering mechanism
Speed control for off take conveyor through PLC

Auto command for quick length variation in case of recycling
