'AMPL ' Roll Mills are designed for milling all types of materials.
- These are available with three / five rolls and in angular or horizontal axis.
- Rolls
are made of either chilled cast iron with 550 BHN or steel rolls with
hardened stainless steel sleeve ( in order to regenerate worn surface).
- Roll gap adjustment is controlled either manually or hydraulically.
- Rolls have central cooling arrangements with flexible rotary joints.
Technical features available as options
- Digital read out indicator for measuring roll gaps.
- Fluid coupling for slow start · Individual thermo regulation system for each roll .
- Double pass milling.
- Closed loop circulation system .
