Technical Features

The tunnel dryers / roasters designed and manufactured by 'AMPL' have a tapered cylindrical long shell rotating on back and front bearing supports Basic purpose of this dryer / roaster is drying / roasting the material to reduce moisture These are also used for roasting beans with infrared heaters in order to kill bacteria. In case of powders heating is done by outside electric heaters situated in an insulated cabinet above the rotating shell. Output for these dryers ranges from 50 kgs/hr to 1000 kgs/hr depending upon the type of product and moisture in it. Drive assembly consists of geared motors.
