- Manufacturing of "BATH / DETERGENT/ LAUNDRY" soap machines and equipments with production capacity ranging from 50 Kgs/hr. to 10000 Kgs/hr. (Range: 50 Kg., 100 Kg., 250 Kg., 500 Kg., 1000 Kg. 2000 Kg. 3000 Kg., 5000 Kg. and 10000 Kg. per hr.) and setting up a plant on turnkey basis including all conveying and packing systems.
- Manufacturing of all spare parts with latest design for all machinery and equipments.
- Preparation of techno-economic feasibility reports required by Bankers / Financial Institutions.
- Providing technical know-how to control utility usages, raw material input and quality.
- Design and manufacturing of compact soap making unit to suit the space available.

Quality
Alisha Machines Pvt. Ltd. operates a quality management system which complies to the established international standards. We have a team of quality control officers that ensures that quality is maintained at every level of production. Our quality assurance process includes stage-wise inspection, which involves inspection of metals, lime, stainless steel/mild steel castings. All our products are tested on the mechanical & chemical parameters, ultrasound tests for crack detection, etc.
Mechanical trials for bought out items like boilers/coolers/chillers/pumps at vendors' workshops are conducted in order to ensure quality. The company has an in-house testing laboratory that checks all the products for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. Owing to these features, our products have been endowed with CE and ISI marks.
